- Team Size: Minimum of 10 players per team
- 8 week season
- All umpire fees covered
- Courtesy runners must be the player who made the last out.
- Playoff Eligibility: Players must participate in at least 50% of regular-season games.
- Timing & Mercy Rules
- Duration: 7 innings or 60-minute time limit. (The championship game is 9 innings).
- Grace Period: 10 minutes allowed to meet the minimum player requirement.
- Register as a full team, join a team or register as a Free Agent (players looking to join a team).
- NO PRACTICES PROVIDED. Fields may be rented at a discounted rate for league participants. See Rental information page for more information.

Registering a New Team

- Register yourself as Team Captain/Manager or Coach – by choosing the register button on the right of the league you registered your team for

WHAT TO BRING
- Training balls for batting cages
- Turf/athletic shoes. NO CLEATS
- Safety is the league’s top priority. Strict adherence to these rules is required.
- Footwear: Turf or athletic shoes ONLY,
- NO Metal or plastic cleats on turf fields

- Must be worn by batters and runners. No exceptions

LEAGUE POLICIES & RULES
Governing Rules

Forfeits: Must notify officials 2+ hours before game time. 3 forfeits disqualify a team from playoffs.

Scheduling: Weeknight games (5:30 PM – 10:00 PM); Weekend games (11:00 AM – 6:30 PM).

Weather: Decisions made 2 hours before start time or by umpires once the game begins. 5 innings constitute a complete game if rained out.

Conduct: Tobacco and Vaping are strictly prohibited. Violators will be ejected and must meet with the Program Director prior to playing again.
Standings: Determined by Win/Loss %, then Divisional Record, then Head-to-Head, then Run Differential.
Field & Equipment

Dimensions: 60-foot bases / 43-foot pitching distance (Note: Some sections mention 90ft bases; 60ft is standard for slow-pitch).

Balls: 12-inch, .52 COR / 300 Compression.

Bats: Must be approved by USA Softball or USSSA.

Footwear: Turf or athletic shoes only. No metal cleats.

Safety: * Pitchers must wear a face mask.

Double home plate used for safety (separate for runner/catcher).

Helmets must be NOCSAE Certified; preferred not required
Game Play Rules
-
The Pitch: Underhand motion; arc must be 6–12 feet. Umpires call illegal pitches in the air. If hit, it is a live ball; if not hit, it is a “Ball.”

Count: Batters start with a 1-1 count (1 ball, 1 strike).

Home Runs: Limit of 1 Over the Fence per inning. All other HR’s hit will be counted as an out.
Mercy Rules
-
20 runs after 3 innings.
-
15 runs after 5 innings (or 10 runs after 5 innings).
