REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS

Can I pay a deposit if I’m not able to pay the full amount at the time of booking?

Yes. If you would like to pay a deposit instead of the full registration fee, please contact tournaments@williamsportlumberyards.com . Our team will create a profile in the system and take your deposit payment over the phone.

When is payment due to secure our team’s spot?

Full payment is due 60 days prior to the start of the tournament.

Are refunds available if a team withdraws?

There are no refunds for teams that withdraw. However, teams will receive a full credit that can be used toward another Williamsport Lumber Yards tournament within one year of withdrawing.

POLICIES, RULES & COMMUNICATION

What is the rainout policy?

Softball Tournament Credit

  • 1 game started: 75% credit
  • 1 game completed: 50% credit
  • 2 games completed: 25% credit
  • 3 games completed: 0% credit

Baseball Tournament Credit

  • 1 game completed: 50% credit
  • 2 games completed: 0% credit

How will teams be notified of schedule changes or weather updates?

Team points of contact will receive an  email as soon as the call is made. The Lumber Yards Tournament Operators will be your primary source for tournament communication leading up and during the tournament.

HOTELS, DINING & LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Are teams required to book hotels through a tournament partner?

For teams traveling to Williamsport for our 2026 softball and baseball tournaments, we kindly ask that you hold off on booking hotel accommodations at this time. On February 1st (or sooner), we will release a list of preferred hotel partners offering exclusive, discounted rates. Preferred hotels will be shared via email with all registered teams and announced on our social media channels.

Are restaurants and shopping located near the complex?

Yes! Williamsport offers a wide variety of nearby restaurants and shopping options for you to enjoy. Onsite at the Lumber Yards, we have a full concession stand serving everything you need throughout the day. Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted on the property. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

How do I register for INVITE ONLY tournaments?

Teams that win a tournament or place 2nd during the calendar year will receive an invitation to register for INVITE ONLY tournaments.

When I register, it is not asking for my team name. What should I do?

SPECTATOR & FACILITY INFO

Are there any gate or admission fees for spectators?

Yes, gate or admission fees will apply for spectators during tournaments.

Is parking available onsite?

Yes, there is plenty of onsite parking available at Williamsport Lumber Yards.

What type of fields are used (turf or grass)?

All fields at Williamsport Lumber Yards are turf fields.

Is seating available for spectators?

Yes, each field has 3-row tip-and-roll bleachers. There are also pavilions with tables located near the concessions area.

Are fields lighted for evening games?

Yes, all fields are fully lit for evening play.
