We offer both competitive and recreational divisions, giving players of all skill levels the opportunity to enjoy organized league play in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether you’re looking for serious competition or a fun way to stay active with friends, our men’s leagues provide quality fields, structured schedules, and a strong sense of community. LEAGUE INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Men Only
    • 18+
  • Games played on Mondays or Wednesdays from 8A – 11P
  • Team Size: 12-man roster
  • All umpire fees covered
  • 7-week regular season followed by an 8th-week tournament-style playoff.
  • Playoff Eligibility: Players must participate in at least 50% of regular-season games.
  • Timing & Mercy Rules
  • Duration: Standard games are 7 innings. Championship game is 9 innings.
  • Grace Period: 10 minutes allowed to meet the minimum player requirement.
  • Register as a full team, join a team or register as a Free Agent (players looking to join a team).
  • NO PRACTICES PROVIDED. Fields may be rented at a discounted rate for league participants. See Rental information page for more information.

Registering a New Team
  • If your team is not set up, please select: “Register a Team”
  • Enter your team name and set the registration code
  • Register yourself as Team Captain/Manager or Coach – by choosing the register button on the right of the league you registered your team for
  • If you would like to pay a lump sum payment for your team please contact the program director for next steps at programs@williamsportlumberyards.com

LEAGUE POLICIES & RULES

Pitching & Offensive Rules
  • Intentional Walks: Teams are limited to one (1) intentional walk per game. No pitches are required; simply notify the umpire.
  • Hit Batsman: If a pitcher hits four (4) batters in a single game, they must be removed from the mound.
  • Extra Innings (Speed-up Rule): If a game is tied after 7 innings and another game is scheduled immediately after on the same field, the next inning starts with the last batter from the previous inning on second base.
Safety & Contact Rules
    • Slide & Collision Policy
      • The Intent: To ensure defensive safety. Runners must slide to the ground in a direct line to the base.
      • Legal Slide: Head first or one leg/buttock on ground. Runner must stay in a straight line between bases.
      • Illegal Actions: Rolling, cross-body, or pop-up slides that contact a fielder; raised legs higher than the fielder’s knee; or sliding beyond the base to make contact.
      • Penalties: * Interference: Runner and Batter-Runner are out (if less than 2 outs).
        • Flagrant contact: Automatic ejection.
          • Player cannot play again until meeting with Program Director
    • Decoy Rule
      • Strategic Decoys: Legal (e.g., faking a pop-up catch to keep a runner at first).
      • Fake Tags: Illegal. If a fielder fakes a tag without a play to force a slide, the runner is safe and all runners advance one base.

Weather & Standings
    • Cancellations: Decisions are made by the complex 2 hours before game time. Once a game begins, the umpire has sole discretion.
    • Official Games: A rainout is considered “complete” if 5 innings have been finished.
    • Standings Tie-Breakers:
      • Overall Win/Loss Percentage.
      • Divisional Record.
      • Head-to-Head Results.
      • Scoring Differential.
